I have bought 3 new Ford Escapes at Marlborough Ford and have always had a great experience! They are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and NO PRESSURE! Unfortunately, I had to get my current vehicle prematurely, as just before I had my second Escape for one year, I was in a bad accident (not my ...fault lol). I still don't have any memory of the day before waking up to paramedics around me with an IV in my arm. Despite being totalled, my Escape performed amazingly and kept me in a total cocoon of protection... all of the airbags deployed (drivers side, passengers side, front window, steering wheel, and at my knees) but the best part was that my Escape actually CALLED 911 FOR ME!!! Which was a good thing, as there was no witnesses but I had the medical attention I needed. It's been 1.5 years since that happened and I'm still being treated for a concussion and other neck and back issues stemming from nerve damage but I'm very grateful that it wasn't much, much worse! Bruce Palin and Ken Livingstone (Finance Department) were wonderful, fighting for me with the insurance company and got me into another new Escape quickly, without me even having to go into the dealership before I picked it up. Thank you Bruce and Ken!!! My experiences with the service department has been great too... whether it's an oil change or needing new tires... they took the time to be sure I got exactly what I needed and did research for me, explaining pros and cons for all options... kept me informed of the progress and even dropped me at work and picked up me again to get my vehicle!Show more

I had a terrible noise in my 2014 ford Edge. Took to my local auto repair shop. Was told it was my Power Train Unit. Luckily it was under warranty and the guys at the shop recommended Marlborough Ford as the place to take it. I called Cassie there to get my vehicle in what a great gal! Dropped m...y vehicle off that night. She said it would be a long repair and they would hopefully get to it the next morning. Well they did and i picked up my vehicle the next day. I got a detailed report and overall my experience was great! It;s nice when a dealership service department looks after you so well despite the fact you didn't buy the vehicle with them.Show more

Although the facility is very small & outdated, that is a minor detail because it’s the service that matters. The service department people are very efficient and friendly, very straight forward when advising on the requirements of your vehicle. They don’t try to sell unnecessary service and ...will advise if/when a particular service is not required.Show more

Service was done in a timely manner. Staff are all very kind. Did works package and also a warranty while I was in. Also spoke about upcoming service needs. Overall, great experience.

It was refreshing to have a lady service advisor. It was a very pleasant experience. I had the 'Works' done and the service people did not find anything else wrong with the car - that helps with the pleasant experience.

Had a warranty item on my F-150. Received terrific service from Brad, who kept me informed all the way from diagnosis to parts delivery and finally through the repair. Everything looks 100 % - thank you technician #9800! And thank you Brad. Keeping it straightforward keeps it satisfying to me.

I was dealt with in a respectable manner, the service was excellent and the staff knew what they were doing. I did not have to pay a lot for the exceptional service received when compared to what I would have paid at Mr. Lube. I am grateful for a dealership like this. They are second to none.
