Performance and Driveability
Not all engines in the Ford trucks are the same. The 2022 Ford F-150 Lariat’s horsepower ranges between 290 and 400, with a 265/570 lb-ft of torque. It’s an efficient engine, too, burning between 8 km/L and 11km/L. This truck is powered by a 2.7L EcoBoost V6 engine, automatic 10-speed transmission, and also an automatic start-stop system. It can be found in the 4x2 and 4x4 versions.
Interior Details
The 2022 Ford F-150 Lariat is a very spacious and comfortable truck with plenty of tech amenities for drivers and passengers. Black leather covers the steering wheel, and the floor is completely carpeted. It has a dual-zone temperature controller, a 12-inch screen, dome light, and ambient lighting.
It’s also possible to purchase a 360-degree view camera in the package, interior work surface, and grab handles for all passengers. Other options include a heated steering wheel and seats, a power point, and an outdoor temperature display.
Tech and Safety Features
Ford has packed the F-150 Lariat with tech features to make your journey smoother, safer, and more enjoyable. It has all drive assists on the book, like cruise control, lane-keeping assist, pre and post-collision braking, and an automatic emergency braking system. You can still include an active park assist, trailer reverse guidance, the pro trailer backup assists, and rain-sensing windshields that automatically trigger the wipers.
The infotainment system runs on SiriusXM and comes with a 4G hotspot. There’s also an advanced voice recognition system called SYNC 4. Buyers can also opt for one out of two two sound systems provided by Bang & Olufsen. Indeed, the Ford F-150 Lariat is among the most hi-tech trucks on the market right now.
